During the initial launch of the "revolutionary" Eco-cash Master Card, there was overwhelming joy swinging across the nation. 'Now I can shop online!' was one of the joyous chorus' Zimbos sang heading towards Stewart Bank and those other eco-cash shops. Well, the excitement was short-lived. The "Eco-morale" was replaced with the complications of using a card that gives you another number(virtual number), of which that other number expires within 14days. It is not your fault that you get a virtual number but you still pay $0.50 for it! If you have used the card you will know what we mean.
The major problem comes with confirming that card with paypal(almost everyone wants to use paypal). Using your virtual number and cs number, you are able to link your card to paypal. The problem comes when paypal request a 4 digit code on your statement....but, well, the eco-cash transaction pretty much just show the transaction value and balance. This is frustrating.
Dearest Eco-cash please help your customers out.
